In order to import model into your scene go to File>Append. Chose .blend file and open the Collection folder. Double-click on the name 10_UMBRELLA and append.

Four object will be uploaded to your scene:

40_CANOPY

Using 'Local' transformation orientation you can easily adjust canopy angle based on your wish.
