Contemporary Buildings Scenes Collection
Collection of 9 modern building scenes (offices, laboratories, university headquarters and schools, technology park facilities...). With basic interiors, shaped just to be seen from the outside in most buildings (two of them are prepared to be fully accessible though). Low/mid poly models, quads and a few tris only (no ngons). Optimal for both high-end visualization and games or real-time engines (UE4 assets provided).

Around 20 unique objects per building, 100
considering instances. Descriptively named. The models are developed in a
layered, detail-based object arrangement, so you can easily decrease each scene
complexity by deleting some layers.
Scenes with real world measures, default unit is always meters. An average building bounding box would be 75 m x 45 m x 20 m.
The
full scenes (environment, exposure, gamma, cameras, lights, materials,
textures, renderer) are configured and ready to render in a physically
correct linear space.
PBR materials for all objects.
Meaningfully named. Every building uses around 50 texture maps, PNG
or JPG format, from 1K to 4K resolution. All textures have their paths stripped
from the models in order to prevent linking issues.
Unwrapped UVs for all objects, overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 (for common textures), Non-overlapping in UV channel 2 (for lightmap baking etc)
No plugins needed to open de files.
The HDR images used for lighting the scenes are not included.
USAGE
For the
Unreal Engine versions, download the package of the desired scene and
place the unzipped directory under Content in the Content folder of your
destination project. For packages other than Unreal, download the file
format you need, which will contain all 9 scenes, and the packed
textures of the scene or scenes you want and unzip them together in the
same folder before use.
