  I was using the product incorrectly and Mark Kingsnorth not only replied promptly, twice, but also made a personal video walking me through what I had to do. The program works perfectly. It is an awesome product and he offers AMAZING customer service. I would definitely buy this product again or recommend it to anyone. I am really impressed.

  I initially ran into a common bug while attempting to install the add-on, but Mark was speedy and thoughtful with his responses to my messages. He quickly helped me correct the error and I have yet to find any errors with the functions of the add-on.

  I don't regret this addon, it's very easy to handle and a real timesaver! The service is great, I found a little bug and Mark was very responsive and quickly solved the issue :-)

  Useful, but situational, half of the time not working. The "aligne bottom of the object" error is exceptionally annoying

  I am sorry that object alignment is causing trouble as there is in fact an effective solution to the issue. I can make a video describing the solution in detail if you require: click the ‘Ask a Question’ button to get in touch.   Product works great, exactly as shown, documentation was excellent, very helpful. When I was still to dumb to figure out why it wasn't working for me, I emailed Mark and he politely explained it to me. Thanks Mark!
