Hi guys,
We are a 3D shaker - group of people trying to provide professional 3D models for Blender.  

My name is Ján Morek, I´m a freelance 3D artist who prepared these 3D models for you, hope you will find it handy. These houses you can put into the background of your product or architecture visualization. This collection offers not only detailed houses but also blinds for them. They are using the shape keys for faster workflow. By using shape keys you can easily change opening or closing, up and down position, the shape of blinds and width.

The collection consists of:

- blend file format
- renders
- textures
- HDRI maps from HDRI Haven
- license information

These models were created and adjusted to work in Blender 2.79 (and up) - cycles and is also compatible with Eevee. Used Principled BSDF material shader.

5 types of houses
2 color variations - Brick and White (color can be changed easily in node editor)
houses are textured and unwrapped
they are in groups for easier appending or copying

To import into your scene go to File>Append, navigate to .blend files folder, open the file, open "Group" folder, then double-click on the name of the group and append.

The name of the model and the name of the group is the same.

Layer 01:
BRICK House 01 (2 floors windows under the roof)
BRICK House 02 (2 floors)
BRICK house 03 (bungalow rectangle)
BRICK House 04 (bungalow L-shape)

Layer 02:
WHITE House 01 (2 floors windows under the roof)
WHITE House 02 (2 floors)
WHITE house 03 (bungalow rectangle)
WHITE House 04 (bungalow L-shape)
WHITE house 05 (duplex house)

Layer 03:
BLINDS to all houses
