  1. Open Blender 
  2. Click Append in File menu and Browse downloaded blender File :
  3. Clothes_Wizard_Brushes.blend >>Brush >> Select all brushes
  4. - click Append button
  5. - In Sculpt mode Select "Draw Brush" then click on brush preview image and select one
  6. - Happy Sculpting
