Camera Switcher
Camera Switcher
The Camera Switcher addon for Blender 3D provides an easy way to switch between and render from different cameras in the active scene. This can be useful for quickly switching between different views of your 3D scene, or for previewing your work from different angles.
Installation
To install the addon, simply download the camera_switcher.zip
file and install it through Blender's Preferences. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open Blender and go to
Edit
>Preferences
. - Click on the
Add-ons
tab. - Click on the
Install...
button at the top of the window. - Navigate to where you downloaded the
camera_switcher.zip
file and select it. - Click on the
Install Add-on
button.
Once the addon is installed, you can enable it by checking the box next to "Camera Switcher" in the add-ons list.
Usage
After enabling the addon, you can access it from the Tool Shelf in the 3D Viewport. To do this, go to View3D
> Tool Shelf
> Camera Switcher
.
The Camera Switcher panel will appear in the Tool Shelf. This panel allows you to switch between cameras in the active scene.
To use the addon, simply click on one of the camera names in the list to switch to that camera. You can also use the Previous Camera
, Next Camera
, and Random Camera
buttons to switch to the previous, next, or a random camera in the list.
If there is no active camera in the scene, the addon will display a message saying "No active camera in scene". In this case, you can add a camera to the scene and switch to it using the addon.
Uninstallation
To uninstall the addon, simply go to Edit
> Preferences
> Add-ons
, search for "Camera Switcher", and click on the Remove
button next to it.
