  As of right now, with this purchase you don´t get the advertised product.
  The Chapter videos are not provided.
  Some srt files(subtitles) are provided as well as project files.
  Thats it.

  Trying to communicate with the CG Cookie Crew team (Andrew) exposes glaring issues in their way of handing support tasks. I patiently waited 12 days for a solution and so far no help was provided.
