  what are the future plans for the development of the addon?

  It is a wonderful addon, almost like ZSpheres.
  First I had some problems, because I did not understand the concept behind it, mainly how I can add BSpheres.
  But the creator helped me.
  For Blender beginners like me:
  Select vertex and CTRL+RightClick to add a new BSphere(vertex).

  This add-on is fantastic! With it I quickly do my basemesh in a much more intuitive way.

  I like it! I haven't extensively tested it Blender 2.93 or anything but so far I have had no major problems. One feature though that I miss from zspheres in Zbrush is the ability to use spheres to remove volume instead of adding but I can manage without it. Anyway, it's nice to be able to work this way within Blender. :-)
