intend to use for architecture visualization.

materials all set and suit for Cycles engine. since the material utilizing blender principled shader, it should work in eevee as well. but extra tweak is required.

there are two group objects packed in the blend file, one is with all the modifiers remain.
all the objects are parented to the an empty for easy control.

 *.OBJ and *.FBX format are included in the files pack.
