  This addon is incredible. The models are wonderfully detailed and realistic and with so much choice, this'll do me for a while. The only thing I would say, unless I've missed it somewhere, is that it wasn't clear that I had to unzip the file in order to point the addon to the directory for the models, I seem to keep seeing a warning for many addons saying not to unzip the file. The installation instructions explain that the addon needs to be pointed to a directory, but not that the directory needs to be unzipped first. Probably common sense, but I've only just shifted over from Cinema 4D so am getting used to the way things work over here. Either way, worth every penny.

  I've been making a feature animation for a few years now, set in a tropical country, and thanks to this amazing add on I can replace my own rough tropical trees with these gorgeous examples. This is a superior, useful add on, congrats to the author!

  Absolutely amazing!
  I'm creating an architectural fly-over of a site and needed some trees - fast! botaniq is the perfect solution.
  It has a simple to use visual menu system - just pick the tree icon (there's lots to choose from) and click '+'. It really is that simple!
  But the things I like best are;
  1. the models are linked files, therefore they have very little impact on the scene's memory footprint. And if you duplicate trees they add virtually no additional memory - superb!
  2. there is a simple 'Randomize Transform' button. Just select (all) your trees and click - they now all have subtle random scale and rotation - genius!
  This really is a very well thought out solution for adding trees (and bushes) to your scenes.
  (sorry about all the exclamation marks but it really is that good!)

  Thank you so much Richard, we appreciate such ratings very much:) If you'd like some specific features added, let us know. Right now we are working on seasonal colors, ivy and cactuses and more conifers.
