How to install the addon ?
Installation is as usual. This is a single .py file. So In Blender you go to Edit > Preferences > Addons > Install, and there you browse to the location where you downloaded the .py file. Press Install and save preferences.
You can find the addon in the N-Panel under tab: Blocker.
