  Took a while to get set up my first rig but the guided tutorial for every step makes it a million times easier. The addon won't automatically rig your character for you, but it will hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do to create a really impressive final rig and it's a LOT faster than creating one from scratch. Didn't need to reference any information outside of the addon to finish rigging, and even without corrective shapekeys the posing looks fantastic. Had a couple issues with the guide being a little unclear on what I was supposed to do next but it didn't take too long to figure out. 5/5 addon that could easily be priced at $60.

  Feedback for the dev(s):
  Post-rigging assistant documentation could be better or easier to find if it does exist - especially the rig tools / advanced section and Reproportion mode (looks useful, not exactly sure how to use it). Would be very helpful to have more written documentation here as sometimes mistakes sneak through into the final rig. The example images for the rigging assistant are a bit small especially on larger monitors and would greatly benefit from an option to scale them up - similarly steps that cycle between multiple images would benefit from a way to pause or manually cycle steps since they'd occasionally get stuck on one image. Other than those nitpicks the addon is absolutely incredible and deserves a LOT more attention.

  Is autorig pro better or blenrig6, but now blenrig6 doesn't work in 4.0

  One of the best rigs out there in my opinion. Thank you for making it so accessible.
  Unfortunately, blender 4.0 API update breaks the addon to some extent. I could get it to install by changing just 1 line each from 2 scripts in the guides folder. However, the bone layers are understandably no longer working in the viewport since blender has moved to the bone collection system. I'm still going to mess around with the scripts in my free time but it will be really great to get it to work out of the box. Cheers
