You only must to extract the textures zip file and the blends files in the same folder, After that only you need open blender and press Render :D

Important Info:

This scene uses no more than a 2 GB of RAM or VRAM :D

The render time in my system was around 45 minutes and 20 minutes, depends of the camera view.

I use a i7 6700K with 8 GB of RAM and a GTX 1050 with 4 GB of VRAM take this into account and compare with your system specs
