Even with the addition of the blender asset browser, this addon is still very useful for managing scenes, materials, models, and I still use it from time to time for generating HDRI nodes that are compatible with the asset browser very quickly. The AM environment node is very easy to use! Unfortunately, its development has stopped and the current feature set no longer justifies the $40 price tag. I have to leave a negative review but I'll be changing it if it ever receives updates again.

The development hasn't stopped, Pistiwique is still working on it and he continues to add beta versions on our discord ;)

It is making a lot of errors. For ex: Disaapering from N_panel, cant be activated. It is taking half of the thumbnails. Sometimes it is taking no pictures of the asset. It is not a reliable tool for saving assets has lot of issues. Also definetely not deserve such a high price. There are far better reliable products for lower prices.
If there is a star, lower than one i will gladly give it to your product.

I'm not too fond of the asset browser in Blender. I have installed this one instead and it is a much better choice in my opinion. Recommended!

Thought with the new Asset Browser in blender that any asset manager addon would become obsolete but they implemented it really bad, so I'm glad I got this addon long ago.

This just might be my favorite addon for Blender! It's really been a game changer for getting myself organized. I know asset management is going to be included directly in Blender soon, so I'm not sure if it's going to become redundant, but right now I can't live without it! It's easy to use and essential! The one thing I'm really missing with it are the features of Lily Surface Scraper to create HDRIs that have more realistic ground surfaces, but other than that, it's such a great way to put all my countless files in one place!
