Advanced Symmetrize
# Advanced Symmetrize Blender Add-on
## Overview
This Blender add-on provides an advanced symmetrize operation for mesh objects in Edit Mode. It allows users to symmetrize selected mesh elements using various reference points and orientations.
## Features
- Symmetrize along any axis (X, Y, Z, positive or negative)
- Choose reference point: 3D Cursor, Selection center, or Active Element
- Set symmetry threshold
- Option to use local or global orientation
- Works with vertices, edges, and faces
## Installation
1. Open Blender
2. Go to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons
3. Click "Install" and select the Python file
4. Enable the "Mesh: Advanced Symmetrize" add-on
## Usage
1. Select a mesh object and enter Edit Mode
2. Select the mesh elements you want to symmetrize
3. Go to "Mesh > Advanced Symmetrize" in the 3D Viewport menu
4. Adjust the settings in the operator panel
5. Click "OK" to apply the symmetrize operation
## Operator Settings
- **Axis**: Choose the axis of symmetry (X, -X, Y, -Y, Z, -Z)
- **Threshold**: Set the threshold for symmetry matching (0.0001 to 10.0)
- **Reference**: Select the reference point for symmetry (3D Cursor, Selection, Active Element)
- **Orientation**: Choose between Local (object) or Global (world) orientation
