If you want to switch from 3ds max to blender this similar colors in the UI may help you to do a smoother transition.

This product includes only the xml file for the Theme Preset installer, 

Notice the models shown in the presentation images is not included, it's just a model I used to show the different workspaces the colors of the UI were updated

The file was tested with blender 4.1

To install this theme you should download the ZIP file and uncompressed it, then in the Blender Preferences windows select the Theme tab and then press Install button, select the xml file and done.
