This add-on needs pandas and openpyxl (both are available for free). Please open add-on preferences, click on "Check & install dependencies" and just sit back. It will automatically install the required modules. This process is explained with screenshots in the product document - Look for the "how to install" document within the downloaded package. If you are still unable to install them for some reasons, you can still use this add-on. Save your excel file as a csv file (Go to Save As... and choose the csv option). Now use this csv file in our add-on and it will give you the same result.

Yes, absolutely. There is no limit on the number of rows, you can add as many rows as you need in the excel/ csv input file. Just maintain the same format for each row.
