M's Tire Shader
Procedural Tire Shader for Blender (3.4+) with a bunch of controls and a script that makes the setup easy.
KNOWN ISSUES/WORKAROUNDS:
For the included setup script to work you have to disable the "Object: Align Tools" addon.
After you run the script you can enable it again.Appending the shader to 4.1 may reset shadow visibility, causing the invisible texture placers to cast shadows on tires. Fix: Toggle shadow checkbox on and off.
14.09.2023: Lettering Update! Swap Brands with 1 click and controls to apply Tire Lettering to any tire size, no UVs required. See the features here: Tire Lettering Update Video
The V3 files are for Blender 4.0 or newer, if you are using an older version of blender use the V2 files.
Can be applied to any Tire Model, doesn't require UVs.
(Except if you want to add your own normal map with text for the side of the tire, then you need to UV just the side and can ignore the rest)

IMPORTANT Notes regarding the setup:
- If you don't use the included script for the setup, you have to assign different Pass Index Values manually to each tire model. Those values MUST be:
Tire_FL: Pass Index 0
Tire_RL: Pass Index 1
Tire_FR: Pass Index 2
Tire_RR: Pass Index 3
You can find the same Pass Index values on each texture placer object in the .blend file.
Tire Model shown in images/videos is NOT included.
Thanks to Lukas Mirek for letting me use his Tire Model.
Thanks to George Russell for helping me figure out some technical parts of this Shader.
