4. I'm a Citigen owner, do I need to buy this?

Maybe not. CEL is supposed to be a part of Citigen.

5. Can I upgrade CEL to any version of Citigen?

Yes. Owners of CEL will get $20.00 discount when they check out with any version of Citigen, using the coupon code "cel".

3. Do the CEL volumetric clouds work in Blender EEVEE?

Not yet. But it's under development.

6. My addon stopped working, after installing the latest version.

Please be sure to uninstall the existing version before installing the newer version.
(It's probably the same with almost all other Blender add-ons.)
(And please check if there's another addon already installed that limits/controls the installation of other addons such as  "Clean Panel.")
